Our Commitment to You
At Thieves' River, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to help make returns and refunds as smooth as possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@theivesriver.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (usually 1-3 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@theivesriver.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at orders@theivesriver.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
