Processing Times

At Thieves' River, all apparel is made to order, ensuring quality and reducing waste. Because of this, it can take up to 2 business days to print and process your order before it ships.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 days once your order is sent out. However, due to supply chain constraints and product availability, and depending delivery destination, shipping could take up to 20 days in some cases. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. This allows you to follow your package’s journey and estimate its arrival. If you did not receive this tracking number or lost it, please contact orders@thievesriver.com to receive one.
